If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from https://uk.nortiv8shoes.com, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Please note, returns will only be accepted if the returned item(s) meet the "Return Conditions" specified below.
A. Item(s)are sent back within the stated return period.
B. Item(s) returned must be UNWORN and in the original packaging.
C. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Step 1: Submit an Application
Log in to your account and select “My Orders" in the user center.
Select the order you wish to return for a refund and select the appropriate return/refund reason.
Step 2: Awaiting Application Approval
If the order has not been shipped, the review process may take up to 1 hour. For orders that have been shipped, the review process may extend to 1-2 days.
Step 3: Prepare your package and provide return tracking information
After your return/refund application is approved, you’ll receive an auto-message with the return instructions. Please follow the return instructions to complete the return.
Step 4: Package received and refund issued
Once in receipt of the returned item(s), a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. An email confirming the refund will be sent to the registered email address.

We cannot guarantee sufficient inventory when attempting to process an exchange. Therefore, if you wish to exchange an item, a return request will need to be submitted. A new order for the desired item may then be placed.

Customers who have purchased our shoes via Amazon and other retail stores can Sign Up to become our registered users to enjoy the 90-day warranty policy and additional registered user benefits.
When initiating a warranty claim, your registered account, order information, and a detailed description of the damages will need to be provided along with supporting photos. Upon reviewing the claim, replacements parts will be supplied or a refund will be issued to compensate for any defects. Customers are responsible for return shipping in all cases except for defects reported within 30 days.
Our warranty covers defects in workmanship, materials, or flaws but does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure, or extensive wear.
