If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from https://uk.nortiv8shoes.com, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Please note, returns will only be accepted if the returned item(s) meet the "Return Conditions" specified below.
A. Item(s)are sent back within the stated return period.
B. Item(s) returned must be UNWORN and in the original packaging.
C. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
You will need to contact our Customer Support Team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, Live Chat (Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4：PM，5：00 PM to 8：AM WET.) by submitting a return request. You will receive a response within 24 hours with further instructions to complete your return.
Once in receipt of the returned item(s), a refund will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to be deposited back to the original payment method. To assure a prompt refund, please remember to provide the return tracking to the customer support representative assisting with your return.
We cannot guarantee sufficient inventory when attempting to process an exchange. Therefore, if you wish to exchange an item, a return request will need to be submitted. A new order for the desired item may then be placed.
All Nortiv 8 registered users are covered under 90-day warranty protection against manufacturing and material defects. Customers who have purchased our shoes via Amazon and other retail stores can Sign Up to become our registered users to enjoy the 90-day warranty policy and additional registered user benefits.
When initiating a warranty claim, your registered account, order information, and a detailed description of the damages will need to be provided along with supporting photos. Upon reviewing the claim, replacements parts will be supplied or a refund will be issued to compensate for any defects. Customers are responsible for return shipping in all cases except for defects reported within 30 days.
Our warranty covers defects in workmanship, materials, or flaws but does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure, or extensive wear.
